In this episode, we sail into Ajaccio—the capital of Corsica and birthplace of Napoleon Bonaparte—to take shelter from an approaching storm. As more bad weather looms on the forecast, we’re faced with a tough decision: stay and wait it out, or leave Corsica behind.
Choosing to move on, we head north along the island’s wild and rugged west coast, enjoying some rewarding sailing amidst dramatic landscapes. It's a bittersweet farewell as we point Helios toward the French Riviera, closing one chapter while looking forward to the next.
