The weather turns wild with strong winds gusting up to 50 knots. Thankfully, Helios is safe and snug—but it means a few days of staying inside. Not that we’re complaining. With storms outside and heaters on, it’s the perfect excuse to slow down, get comfortable, and cook up a warming pot of potato and leek soup—Naturally style, of course.
