We start the day with naked swims and showers on Helios before heading ashore to wander Villefranche-sur-Mer’s quiet back streets and beautiful church. The next morning, we recharge with Richard’s banana pancakes after being hit by a fast-moving storm that rolls through the bay. Jude turns the swim platform into her mini gym to try some new exercises under a calmer sky.
